New Aviva Broker Personal Lines phone support

We’re pleased to let you know that Cobra Network members are being included in a pilot where Aviva is switching on a phone line service for Aviva Broker Personal Lines. Until now, support has only been available via Live Chat, but we know there are times when you and your teams would rather pick up the phone and speak to someone directly. This pilot will help Aviva understand the types of queries that come in by phone and shape their future service model with Cobra members right at the heart of that feedback.
