In line with the Cobra Network guidance issued in December 2022, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is collecting data on revenue and complaints from principal firms in respect of their Appointed Representatives (AR) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR) through the REP025 return.
The data will be collected once a year, within 60 days of your Accounting Reference Date (ARD).
The data period is the 12 months prior to your ARD e.g. if your firm’s ARD is 31 December 2023, the relevant reporting period will be 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
