The FCA are introducing new signposting rules and guidance that will affect ALL firms that offer retail travel insurance. In certain circumstances, the FCA require firms to signpost clients with pre-existing medical conditions to a directory of firms that specialise in this type of cover. Some of the signposting requirements are already in force others come into force on 26th April 2021.
