In the May newsletter, we advised you that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) was planning to send a pilot survey to 300 firms who hold credit broking permissions. This stage of the process has now been completed. As a result of the pilot, FCA made a few minor changes but the survey remains quick and simple to complete.
The survey is now being sent to the remainder of firms holding the credit broking permission in batches over two weeks from 5 July 2021.
