As communicated on 8 August 2022, Azur Underwriting Limited (“Azur”) has agreed to sell its Private Clients business to Aviva Insurance Limited and Aviva Insurance Ireland Designated Activity Company (together, “Aviva”).
As part of this sale, Aviva will consolidate Azur’s product offering into one market-leading proposition under the Aviva Private Clients (“APC”) brand.

Azur will continue to write new business and renewals as normal under the Azur brand up until 28th February 2023.
