FCA: removing reporting and notification requirements
The FCA have launched a consultation paper (CP25/8) setting out their plans to remove some reporting and notification requirements.
There is a short consultation period of four weeks, with comments being requested by 14/05/2025. We urge you to read the consultation paper in full and submit any comments directly to the FCA before the deadline.
