They offer a number of services for your clients – from single desktop valuations of watches, to a walk-through valuation of a home’s contents, to valuing an art collection across several properties & countries.
They can also support your business free-of-charge through:
- Joint calls to your clients – If you feel it will be hard to convince a client of the need for a valuation, they are happy to do a joint call to take the pressure away from you.
- Training for your staff – They can tailor training to your needs and level of experience. Technical (what to look for in valuations) or sales-led (stories to bring the need for valuation to life for clients)
- Co-branded collateral – Want to use some of their client-facing sales collateral, but would like it branded for your business? No problem!
- Speakers at client events – If you are holding an event, they can come and talk about the importance of valuations, tell some stories. Alternatively, they can provide a valuer to do some live valuations on the spot (a small charge may be made to cover costs).

- Reminders/updates when the market changes – Things can change very suddenly – for example, prices can increase dramatically on the death of a famous artist. If you are in their database, they will ensure you are kept up-to-date – so that you can ensure your clients are aware through your own communications.
- Free quotes – It costs nothing to get a quote, and they have many different options to suit the individual circumstances of your clients.
