The satisfaction survey is a formal way to have your say on each of our insurer panel. It’s an opportunity for you to feedback on their performance, to rate their service and give your honest opinions, which will be raised at a senior level with each insurer. Your feedback is hugely important, it is used to drive service and product enhancements.
