FCA Threshold Conditions

The FCA Threshold Conditions represent the conditions which a firm is required to satisfy and continue to satisfy in order to be given and to retain the FCA’s permission to carry out a regulated activity.  The Threshold Conditions do form part of the RegData Return however, separately firms should be assessing whether they are meeting and can continue to meet the Threshold Conditions as summarised below: -
